Optum refuses to pay their share of prescriptions, that they were contracted to pay. I have contacted them many times and get a different song and dance every time I speak to someone. The Optum subrogation department investigates any claims relating to accidents, to see if it is up to them to pay, or if a third party should be responsible for paying the claim.
